The Central Office is the central point of all the accounting functions for Scranton Equity. Renee, Roxy, and Pat manage the accounts receivable, accounts payable, patronage, payroll, quarterly reports, and profit and loss statments. If you need assistance in any of these areas, feel free to contact us. We are available to help with whatever accounting questions that arise. We ask all of our customers to keep your customer records updated. We need a current address (3 line), social security number, and birth date in your file. Please check your accounts to make sure we have this information. GOOD NEWS!! Our new computer software offers on-line viewing of your customer accounts receivable. It gives you the ability to look up invoices and see account balances. You can also run totals of a particular product during a specified time period. The program will allow you to track your grain activity with the ability to see assembly sheets, grain tickets and settlements.
